Refund policy

• We do not offer refunds but we have an exchange policy.
• Items can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase.
• Return or Exchange is possible for only products that either have manufacturing issues, wrong sizes, or the shipment of the wrong items. If you change your mind and need to exchange the product, you have to pay the delivery charges (Rs. 350).
• No return and exchange on sale articles.

 

Damages and issues
please inspect and make a video of your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
